The Seventy-Two Appointed and Sent Out

10 And after these things, the Lord also^[a] appointed seventy-two others and sent them out two by two before him^[b] into every town and place where he was about to go. ² And he said to them, “The harvest is plentiful, but the workers are few. Therefore ask the Lord of the harvest that he send out workers into his harvest.
